Resilience in the Face of Change - a seminar with Dennis Hoiberg

Agriculture is undergoing profound changes today, creating tremendous amounts of stress and uncertainty for everyone involved. Australian organizational development consultant Dennis Hoiberg has more than 35 years’ experience helping farmers, rural communities and business leaders develop resilience to cope with change – at the personal, family, business and community levels.

Dennis helps people bounce forward through change. He has worked with the grains industry in Australia, local and global leaders, and agribusiness and banking companies that serve remote, regional, and rural communities throughout Australia and New Zealand. He recognizes all the struggles that farmers and agribusinesses in Minnesota are facing.
